You will work alongside an experienced developer who is available for feedback and direction, but you will own your work end to end. You should be able to walk into an unfamiliar part of the codebase, figure out how it works, and make a good decision about what to do next.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain web applications using our tech stack.\nOwn projects from idea through deployment, including setting delivery dates and communicating clearly when something is at risk.\nCollaborate with departments across the company to build tools that improve efficiency, automate repetitive work, and strengthen outreach.\nIntegrate third-party services and APIs into our internal systems and customer-facing experiences.\nManage the full software development lifecycle: testing, debugging, deploying, and supporting what you ship.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical teammates, vendors, partners, and occasionally customers.\nEvaluate emerging tools and technologies and recommend improvements that keep our stack modern and maintainable.\nTech Stack\n\nHere is what you would be working in day to day:\n\nTypeScript across the stack\nNode.js (AdonisJS)\nSvelte / SvelteKit\nPostgreSQL\nTailwind CSS or vanilla CSS\nTauri for desktop and mobile app builds\nRust where performance optimization calls for it\nHow We Use AI\n\nAI is part of our daily workflow, not a novelty and not a shortcut. We do not ship vibe-coded slop.
