This role is ideal for individuals seeking short‐term, full‐time, seasonal work. You will assist with core distribution activities including picking, packing, shipping, and/or stocking while following established safety and quality procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform distribution tasks (picking, packing, shipping) while meeting performance, safety, and quality expectations.Support shipping operations including staging, labeling, loading, and verifying orders.Inspect inbound shipments, document discrepancies, sort materials, and update inventory systems.Replenish inventory locations and assist with cycle counts.Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all SOPs, PPE requirements, and company safety guidelines.Complete seasonal tasks and additional duties as assigned.Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational skills and ability to switch tasks efficiently.Comfortable with heightsBasic computer skills, including use of inventory systems.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience).0–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.Must be available for the full seasonal assignment.Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.Physical RequirementsLift and push up to 50 lbs. occasionally.Stand and walk for 7+ hours per day.Reach heights of at least 5 feet frequently.Climb ladders and stairs as needed.Use handheld devices, read screens, and communicate clearly.Move throughout the warehouse while carrying product.DisclaimerNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
