By collaborating with these agencies, IRCO can offer a comprehensive range of services designed to help individuals integrate into the workforce and achieve self-sufficiency.\nJOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:\nThis position provides support to the Sector Assistant Manager by assisting with various programmatic functions, with a focus on staff management, community collaboration, and client support. Responsibilities include training, performance monitoring, data management, and participation in program development and evaluation as well as supporting recruitment.
