System Administrator Level 2 with Security Clearance

Job DutiesProvides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systemsManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsProvides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolutions of problemsProvides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customersOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planningProvide in-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systemsProvide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated ticketsProvides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution processConfigures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operates system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance Required Skills:US Citizens OnlyActive TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph requiredMinimum of ten (10) years of experience as a System AdministratorBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related disciplineFive (5) years of additional System Administrator experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degreeMust be CWIP Certified IAT II or higherSecurity+ CE or equivalent Compensation Range: $96,643.05 - $131,643.05 _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
