The workplace emphasizes collaboration, hands-on craftsmanship, and continuous learning in print production and installation.Role Description This full-time, on-site Graphic Installer role is based in West Chester, PA. The Graphic Installer is responsible for preparing, installing, and finishing a variety of large-format graphics, including vehicle wraps, wall and window graphics, and indoor/outdoor signage. Daily tasks include reading project specifications, measuring and preparing surfaces, applying vinyl and other substrates, laminating prints, and ensuring clean, bubble-free installations. The role also involves safely using hand tools and installation equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and performing basic troubleshooting or rework when needed. The Graphic Installer will interact with team members and, at times, customers to clarify project details, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a professional, on-brand final product.QualificationsSkills in vehicle graphics and vinyl application, including wrapping, trimming, and finishing on cars, vans, trucks, and trailers Experience with sign installation and basic construction or field installation techniques; ability to work safely on ladders and with hand tools.Knowledge of graphics production, including handling printed materials, layout alignment, and attention to visual detail.Experience with laminating prints and substrates, with an understanding of material handling and finishing standards.Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, follow job instructions, and interact professionally with clients when required.Ability to read measurements, follow work orders, and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.Comfort with physical work, including lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various on-site environments.Previous experience in sign, print, or graphics installation is preferred; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are beneficial.
