Execution• Own end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation/enhancement projects for Lennar Homes.• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, RAID logs, and governance documents.• Coordinate activities across Workday consultants, HR/Finance SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders.• Ensure adherence to Workday design standards, testing protocols, and deployment frameworks.Stakeholder & Communication Management• Act as the primary point of contact for onsite business users and leadership.• Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and progress reporting.• Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT cycles, sign-off sessions, and business enablement activities.Scope, Quality & Risk Control• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and resource allocation.• Identify and mitigate risks/issues to ensure seamless project execution.• Ensure compliance with internal audit, security, and data privacy standards.Agile / Hybrid Delivery• Execute delivery through Agile or hybrid methodologies.• Manage sprint ceremonies—planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives.• Track metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and deliverable acceptance.Testing & Deployment Management• Oversee SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing (if applicable), and integration testing.• Manage production deployment
