Purpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Providing personal care to include:Baths, showers, bed baths, sponge bathsOral hygieneShampoosChanging bed linensAssisting patients with dressing/undressing and groomingAssisting the patient with toileting activitiesKeeping patient's living area clean and orderlyDoing patient's laundry, cleaning and meal preparationsQualifications and Requirements:Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing facility in the past 2 yearsMinimum of 1 years experienceMust be able to pass a criminal background checkMust be at least 18 years oldCandidates must complete and pass a written competency evaluationCandidates must complete a skills assessmentAble to independently lift 25lbs.Ability to read and follow written instructions and documents care givenEmpathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impairedDemonstrate tact, patience, and good personal hygieneA solid personal character with an empathetic personalityMust be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeepingAs a growing company we provide:Competitive compensation of $16.50-$17.00 an hourSchedule flexibilityRefer to a friend program and get $500CPR trainingApply for a position at PurposeCare.com
