Engineering Program Manager

Position: Program ManagerIndustry: AutomotiveLocation: Auburn, INDuration: Full-time/permanent roleResponsabilities Manage all aspects of program management from prototypes to production start-up. Oversee engineering changes and ensure products meet specifications. Resolve quality concerns and keep documentation up to date. Maintain communication between departments and divisions. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing technical support. Follow up on customer correspondence and present cost-saving proposals. Track program progress with detailed documentation.Qualifications Degree in mechanical engineering, tool and die experience/design. 10 years in engineering or tooling with an automotive background. Training in SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, APQP & PPAP, Effective Problem Solving & 8D, DOE. Excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with quality systems.
