We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator/Cloud Engineer to enhance our existing technical team supporting the advancement of Digitization technologies in Warrenton, VA.\n\nThe successful candidate will be a self-motivated, innovative, cloud engineer to join in and contribute to a team environment. The candidate will be part of a team that supports the cloud infrastructure for an enterprise environment. This position requires a broad knowledge of system administration, knowledge of automation technologies, and scripting. This position also requires a knowledge of security and accreditation practices and procedures the ability to work with several enterprise resources and teams in the operation of an enterprise digitization infrastructure.\nMandatory Skills:\nMust have hands-on experience with AWS and Linux in a production environment.\nExperience patching and maintaining system's databases, to include RDS, MySQL, and Oracle\nProven experience troubleshooting and solving technical problems\nKnowledge of Federated Identity, RBAC, authentication & authorization solution, etc.\nUnderstanding of secure-cloud configuration, (e.g., CloudTrail, AWS Config), cloud-security technologies (e.g., VPC, Security Groups) and\nAccess Control (IAM).\n\nExperience with configuration management (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)\nExperience with security, such as NGFW, WAF, SIEM, endpoint security.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced agile environment\nBachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalency in related work experience\nDemonstrated on-the-job experience working and solving technical problems independently as a system administrator.\nExperience using a scripting language.\nDemonstrated ability to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise workflow applications, to include: installing, starting, and stopping background\nprocesses, analyzing log and event files, and patching and troubleshooting.\n\nDemonstrated ability creating and managing a virtual infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, Hyper-V, or VMWare.\nTS/SCI w Polygraph Required Day 1\nAt Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
