This is a rare opportunity as our group has very low staff turnover, so please reach out if interested!Our fun, fast-paced clinic puts patients and therapists first, so we enjoy 40 minute, one-on-one appointments with our patients in an enormous, 8,000 sf clinical space. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinician's work-life balance, so each therapist also receives 40 minutes of paid documentation time daily. We work closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an established clinic with a wonderful reputation!In addition to the base salary, we offer a significant quarterly bonus that amounts to an extra $10,000-$20,000+ annuallySign on bonus!Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include, but are not limited to:Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physicianEffectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice actDocument patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelinesCollaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organizationAbility to work in a fast paced outpatient orthopedic settingMaintain safe environment for self, staff and patientsParticipate in continuing education in order to maintain state licenseAny and all other duties as assignedEducation/ExperienceGraduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred1 to 2 years' experience is preferred but not required - our PTs love to mentor!Experience with post-operative PT preferredActive Washington state license in Physical TherapyBenefitsCompetitive compensation package with quarterly bonus4 weeks Paid Time Off (increasing with time to 6 weeks) and 9 Paid HolidaysExcellent medical/dental/vision coverageRetirement plan with a 100% company match programExcellent profit-sharing programGenerous continuing education package, physician presentations, and surgical observation opportunitiesProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesWork Environment/Physical Demands
