Apply today!\nJob Summary\n\nWe're looking for a reliable, outgoing Store Lead to manage our store and lead our team. You'll oversee daily operations, train employees, solve problems, and make sure every guest has a great experience. This is a hands-on management role where you lead by example.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nManage daily store operations.\n\nLead, train, and support your team.\n\nCreate schedules and manage shift coverage.\n\nWork with HR on hiring, employee performance, and disciplinary matters.\n\nProvide great customer service and resolve concerns.\n\nManage bookings, payments, and escape games.\n\nKeep game rooms clean, safe, and ready for guests.\n\nHandle minor game repairs and equipment issues.\n\nHelp with local events.\n\nShare store updates and needs with company leadership.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nAt least 3 years of customer service experience required.\n\nLeadership or management experience preferred.\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAble to stay organized and work well under pressure.\n\nReliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.\n\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation required.\n\nAble to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\nSchedule & Benefits\n\nFull-Time: 32–40 hours per week.\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n\nPaid time off and sick time off.\n\nBenefits are based on eligibility and company policy.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nMust be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and use a step stool or ladder up to 8 feet.
