Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership and drive results.\n\nThe Day-to-Day:\n\nEnsure consistent customer satisfaction by executing KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.\nOversee Team Members' completion of shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.\nEnsure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.\nResolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.\nProvide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.\nOffer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.\nActively participate in training Team Members.\nHandle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution.\nAssist the RGM in screening Team Member candidates.\nAssist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor.\nOversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.\nAssist the RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.\n\nIs this you?\n1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred\nAdheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nAccessibility to dependable and reliable transportation\nExcellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.\nPhysical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another).\nAttendance and Punctuality a must\nOperating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.\nBasic Math skills\nMaintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards\nPromotes and champions KFC’s culture and values\nProvides constructive feedback to Team Members\nExecutes shift duties accurately and efficiently\nPromotes equity, inclusion and belonging\nEnsures teammates and customers enjoy a positive experience\n\nWork-Hard, Play-Hard:\nCompetitive Pay\nBonus Eligible\nTuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities\nFlexible schedules- day, night and evening shifts\nVacation pay after 1 year\nPERKS!
