This role will work directly with the Director of FP&A and play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving processes, and enabling strategic decisions as the company grows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCorporate Budgeting\n\nSupport annual budgeting process, including model updates and data consolidation\n\nProject Budgeting & Cost Control\n\nMaintain and support detailed project budgets across development and capex phases\n\nTrack actuals vs. budget and forecast, identifying and explaining variances\n\nEnsure consistency between project budgets and financial models\n\nCash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Management\n\nMaintain and update cash flow forecasts\n\nTrack and allocate cash actuals across projects and accounts\n\nSupport preparation of capital call analyses and liquidity planning\n\nAssist in maintaining cash rollforwards and balance bridges\n\nCorporate Forecasting\n\nConsolidate project and G&A forecasts from department heads\n\nMaintain and update corporate forecast models\n\nAnalyze and report on variances vs. budget and prior forecasts\n\nSystems & Process Improvement\n\nImprove structure, consistency, and controls across financial models and datasets\n\nSupport development of scalable FP&A processes and tools\n\nHelp implement best practices for version control, data integrity, and reporting\n\nReporting & Analysis\n\nPrepare variance analysis across projects, G&A, and overall cash flows\n\nSupport development of monthly business review and board presentation materials\n\nBuild and maintain reporting outputs, dashboards, and supporting analyses\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nRequired Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, economics, or other related quantitative field)\n\n2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, project finance, or related field\n\nStrong Excel / financial modeling skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nPreferred\n\nExperience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based industries\n\nExposure to cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, or treasury functions\n\nExperience working with complex financial models\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nMake a Meaningful Impact : Play a direct role in accelerating the energy transition by contributing to transformative, utility-scale energy storage projects- especially on complex brownfield and urban-constrained sites where innovation drives real-world results.\n\nThrive in a Mission-Driven Culture : Be part of a lean, agile team that values integrity, innovation, and decisive execution.
