You will establish governance frameworks and ensure the ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI and data across the organization. You will provide strategic leadership to teams that oversee AI governance, data management, and business partnerships, and ensures that it aligns AI programs with organizational priorities and evolving regulatory requirements.You will report to the Chief Technology Officer and work a hybrid schedule based in Cranberry, PA. or Madrid, Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop the enterprise AI roadmap, aligning with our goals and regulatory standards.Define the data strategy to ensure secure, and accessible data for AI and analytics.Partner with executive leadership to prioritize AI investments and measure growth.AI & Data GovernanceEstablish governance frameworks for AI models, platforms, and data assets, including policies for ethics, bias, transparency, and compliance.Oversee risk management processes for AI deployments, including model validation and audit readiness.Ensure adherence to data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and internal compliance requirements.Data ManagementDirect enterprise data management practices, including data cataloging, lineage, quality, and stewardship.Implement scalable data governance processes to support AI and analytics workloads.AI Business Partner TeamLead a team of AI partners who collaborate with departments to identify opportunities, define requirements, and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.Be a trusted advisor to senior partners on AI capabilities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with technology, security, legal, and compliance teams to embed governance into AI and data workflows.Communicate strategy, risks, and performance metrics to executives and regulators.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data governance, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Experience with AI technologies, data architecture, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with risk management, ethics in AI, and latest regulatory trends.We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $162,000 to $202,500 per year.
