Off-Site Event & Sales Specialist

Off-Site Sales Coordinator The Off-Site Sales Coordinator will be responsible for all off-site food sales including but not limited to, sporting events, local community events and concerts. Tasks within this position include: Packing food at restaurant and unpacking at final destination Setting up tent & table at location Taking payment Keeping track of food inventory Communicate with point person at restaurant when food supply needs to be replenished Share sales post-event and determine if supply needs to be adjusted in the future Consistently take and record food temperatures to ensure proper holding times Ensure excellence in food safety and cleanliness standards Gain knowledge of entire menu to ensure quality and accuracy Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must have a clean driving record Must be fluent in English Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Great time management Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus Must be able to work independently Strong communication skills Benefits Include: Competitive pay Paid training Most Sundays off Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leadership 100% free tuition from Missouri Baptist University (In person and online) for anyone working 20+ hours CFA Scholarship opportunities towards any enrolled 4-year degree program Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
