Administrative Support RoleThis role is to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support, ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative duties, such as ensuring accuracy and reviewing documentation with strong attention to detail. This position is responsible for offering internal coordination and support to the Firm Administrator and staff administrators to ensure a solid Admin Team working cohesively and proficiently. As part of the administrative team, you will have the opportunity to grow and work with other Admin staff to continually support within a collaborative and corporate work environment.This position reports to the Firm Administrator located in our Syracuse, NY office. This position offers flexibility and is an in-office position.Position Requirements:Provide day-to-day support to the administrative team and firm leadershipFormat financial statements and supporting documentation for reviewPrepare professional mailings, bindings (proposals, financial statements), and presentation materialsAssist with document management, organization, and internal communicationsProcess tax returns and related administrative workflowsManage and respond to internal requests through the administrative ticketing systemSupport cross-functional teams with administrative needs and project coordinationMaintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive financial and client informationAssist with special projects and general administrative tasks as neededPosition Qualifications:2-year degree preferred or 2 + years of administrative experience in a professional office environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and take direction wellExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional attentiveness and ethical standards with professional demeanor and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCollaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solvingAdministrative operations and organizational support experience in a professional environmentAbility to learn and grow professionally and take on other tasks and duties as assignedMust be adaptable in an office setting and know the importance of teamwork and collaborationSchedule and Work Environment:Part-time hours in the summer monthsFull-time schedule required from September to April 15th annually during busy seasonOccasional evening overtime during busy seasonOccasional off-site event support as neededBenefits:We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to include Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability, 401K, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, Work-Life Balance Culture, and More!Salary: $22.00 - $26.00/hourEOE
