This includes office organization, light cleaning duties, and ordering supplies.\nSchedule employee attendance for continuing education workshops and certification testing.\nDocument workflow for a variety of tasks using process mapping.\n\nScheduling Duties:\nSchedule sales arborist’s customer visits.\nManage the tree care schedule by collaborating with the tree care production manager and the sales arborists.\nSend schedule updates to customers.\n\nData Entry Duties:\nReview staff data entries for timekeeping and equipment use to ensure accuracy.\nUpdate materials, vendors, subcontractor, and equipment data in estimating and timesheet software.\nRun data reports from estimating and time sheet software.\nTrack personnel information including PPE (personal protective equipment) allocations.\n\nQualifications/ Skills Required\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.\nOne – two years of administrative support experience to include customer service and data entry.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.\nStrong verbal communication skills with customers, clients, and staff.\nAbility to prioritize tasks while being thorough and detail oriented.\nAbility to take work direction from multiple managers.\nAbility to use analytical thinking to make decisions.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.\nExperience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.\nAbility and willingness to demonstrate Tree Trust’s core values of Professional, Integrity, Commitment, Resilient, and Stewardship and Landscape Services additional values Accountability and Humility.\nCurrent driver’s license and a clean driving record as determined by Tree Trust’s insurance carrier.\nMust be able to pass a criminal background check.\nCommitment to our mission of workforce development, environmental stewardship, and community impact.\n\nWork Environment: This position is primarily office-based and involves working independently in an administrative setting. Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions may occur, including walking on uneven ground and limited exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature fluctuations. Consistent attendance, schedule adherence, organization, and the ability to maintain focus throughout the workday are essential.\n\nPhysical demands: The position is classified as primarily sedentary, requiring continuous sitting and repetitive use of hands and arms for keyboarding, typing, and other computer-related tasks. The employee must possess good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
