The position requires a Monday‑Friday schedule, 6:30AM–3:00PM, with routine overtime.\nResponsibilities Pull raw materials and set up/operate pneumatic saws to cut metal.\nRemove burrs from machined parts using hand and power tools.\nPolish and blend surfaces as needed.\nModify tooling on grinding equipment.\nRun CNC end‑cap turning/milling equipment.\nUse precision measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, drop indicator, etc.) to verify products meet specifications.\nRead basic blueprints to manufacture products to specifications and requirements.\nComplete required paperwork, including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers, data, Follower Tags, ATP, and scanning documents into QA.\nMaintain inventory accuracy of all products.\nMove materials and jobs to correct work centers per routing and perform SAP goods‑movement transactions.\nPerform other tasks as assigned.\nQualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with proof of diploma.\nAt least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with milling and turning machine equipment.\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements Lifting: 35lbs, daily.\nAbility to bend, lift, sit, stand, and twist for extended periods (≥8hours).\nUse hand tools to load parts.\nGood eye‑hand dexterity; pass a basic eye test.\nWork with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.\nAdditional Requirements This position requires access to export‑controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent residency, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
