Performs “O” (organizational) level (both on-line and off-line), “I” (intermediate) level off-line, and “D” (depot) level maintenance.\nFull Time\nReports to the Program Manager\nA+ Certification Required\nExperience:\nShall have five (5) years of management experience in which two (2) years shall be management of electronic maintenance and shall meet the qualifications required for the site Electronics Technician, Maintenance III (Site Manager).\nDemonstrate twelve (12) months supervisory electronics maintenance experience; ability to prioritize resources to meet daily utilization schedule; communicate effectively; and ability to train and develop shift personnel and perform administration duties.\n4-6 years simulator maintenance experience of which 2 years must be in the maintenance of complex areas, systems and subsystems of like trainers outlined in the PWS.\nEducation:\nGraduated from a two-year electronic technician resident course at an accredited technical institute or have completed the factory/formal training.\nWith the Government concurrence equivalent simulator maintenance and education may be substituted for the above requirements provided it is comparable to systems in the specific trainer of assignment.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nEnsures operations personnel are trained to fully exploit the capabilities of the training devices\nEnsures the inventory is maintained and replacement parts are ordered timely\nEnsures devices are ready for training at the scheduled CTT\nSolicit user feedback on trainer readiness/training device quality/staff capability\nEnsure CDRL submissions are accurate\nPerforms preventive and corrective maintenance.\nDevice operator duties.\nPerform electrical/mechanical adjustments.\nRemove and replace failed components.\nAssist in installation/checkout of modifications.\nDocument all maintenance actions.\nUse test equipment/module tests for “I” level maintenance.\nPerform software loading for mission setups.\nPerform functional tests.\nPerform depot level maintenance in central repair activity.\nPerform daily operational readiness test.\nInstruct and document progress in OJT program.\nAdditional duties as assigned\nESP is an equal opportunity employer.
