The Milker will be responsible for milking cows accurately and efficiently, maintaining milking equipment and facilities, observing and monitoring herd health, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with industry standards. Additional duties include assisting with other daily farm operations as needed to support the team and ensure the smooth functioning of the farm.QualificationsHands-on experience or readiness to be trained in operating milking equipment and handling livestock safelyKnowledge of dairy production processes and basic animal health monitoringAbility to follow sanitation practices and maintain cleanliness standardsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCapability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsAvailability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredPrior experience working on a dairy farm or with livestock is a strong asset, but not mandatory
