At OneSource, we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can provide exciting opportunities to grow your career.\n\nWhat you will do:\nEffectively respond to and interact with organizational staff and customers.\nReceive, store, and distribute materials and products.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.\nThis position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.\nThe employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds receptively and unassisted.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\nProvide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.\nMaintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.\nMaintain and protect all property in excellent condition.\nPerform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.\nRead orders such as customer, work, shipping, and transfer orders to determine products to be moved, gathered, or distributed.\nConvey material and products from receiving area to storage or other designated areas.\nAssemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves; or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.\nLoad, transport and deliver customer orders and branch transfers to specified branches.\nResponsibilities also include learning delivery area, checking orders for accuracy, executing cash management duties.\nComplete truck safety assessment for mechanical problems prior to beginning routes.\nInspect truck supplies and equipment, including tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.\nResponsible for safe operations of all vehicles and communicating the maintenance and care of the Vehicle.\n\nWhat you will bring:\nStrong mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including fractions and decimals.\nMust be able to read and interpret invoices and packing slips.\nMust possess a current, valid Driver's License.\nMust maintain violation free driving record.\n\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted.\n\nLocation: This role is based in Fullerton, CA\n\nWork hours: shifts vary, starting from 3:00am to 5:00am\n\nSalary Range:\nThis is a non-exempt position and pays between $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
