Other Duties May Be Assigned) Provide direct health and social services to children & families by: Following established program area timelines Conducting enrollment procedures and identifying and addressingimmediate needs Gathering child health and development information andconducting screenings under state, federal and other applicableregulations Establishing trusting relationships Conducting home visits Communicating effectively and assessing individual familystrengths and needs to assist families in setting and achievinggoals Promote, organize, and facilitate educative trainings and meetingsfollowing MSHS parent curriculum, Center Health Service AdvisoryCommittee (HSAC), center parent meetings, and UCLA Health LiteracyProgram for parents Collaboratively develop service plans under guidelines of CC Idahos FAM Monitor individual case requirements, compile data, referrals, andfollow-ups to regularly discuss the status with Center ManagementTeam during Family Advocacy Meetings (FAM) or as needed Knowledge of recruitment procedures, and techniques Establish & maintain working relationships w/community partners tofacilitate advocacy and referrals for needed health, nutrition, andsocial services for enrolled families Stay current on community, state and agency resources and servicesavailable to clients Attend and participate at local network group committees torepresent MSHS program in health, dental and nutrition needs ofmigrant farm workers Develop, prepare, and maintain family records, documents, files,reports, databases, Work a variety of hours and be able to travel for work and trainingpurposes Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and remain calm andprofessional under pressure Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and keep track ofassigned local budgets Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients andrecords Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with CC Idaho,state, federal and Head Start Performance standards and regulations(If applicable): Perform all work duties and activities in compliancewith Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) partner sitepolicies, procedures, and safety practices***Required Physical Demands** **Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch,and/or crawl; to reach with hands and arms; to climb or balance; andsmell** **Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds****Work Environment**Work in an office or classroom setting; may be exposed to electricalshock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; thenoise level is moderate to elevated**BENEFITS**CCI is a strong, non-profit agency to work with.
