This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel extensively. While prior experience in the wind industry is preferred, it is not required. This role will work closely with experienced composite technicians to perform minor blade repairs and gain hands-on experience in composite materials and field operations.
