This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.\n\nAbout the Role\nResponsibilities\n\nOversee daily operation of construction projects\n\nEnsure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed\n\nCommunicate project progress with clients and project managers\n\nManage subcontractors and construction site organization\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of experience in construction area - Construction Superintendent with strong project management and communications skills\n\nAbility to read construction documents\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory construction standards\n\nRequired Skills\nThe Field Superintendent supervises field construction projects and ensures the work is completed on schedule, within budget, and quality meets or exceeds customer expectations. The Field Superintendent manages all trades and daily activities related to the project.
