Maintenance Supervisor

DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations & CMMS ManagementOversee, schedule, and execute all maintenance activities using our CMMS software. Ensure all work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and equipment records are accurately maintained. Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes. Scheduling & CoordinationDevelop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules. Coordinate with production, facilities, and leadership teams to minimize operational disruptions. Assign tasks to maintenance staff and ensure timely, high quality completion. Parts & Purchasing CoordinationWork closely with the purchasing department to order necessary parts, tools, and materials. Assist with vendor communication and sourcing as needed. Safety & ComplianceMaintain a safety conscious environment while enforcing all company and OSHA safety protocols. Document and address safety concerns or hazards promptly. Leadership & CommunicationLead, train, and develop maintenance technicians. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support professional growth. Communicate effectively with leadership, technicians, vendors, and other departments. Required ExperienceIndustrial maintenance experience is required in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience managing maintenance teams, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight. Experience using a CMMS for maintenance planning and recordkeeping (preferred but not required). Proven track record of maintaining a safe workplace and enforcing safety standards. Additional QualificationsStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams. Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic data reporting. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
