If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.\n\nKPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Strategy for our Deal Advisory practice.\nResponsibilities\n\nAssist in the creation and implementation of integration and separation services (can include due diligence and/or synergy analysis) and assist with business and practice development initiatives\n\nSupport a functional work stream on a project or support project team in leading multiple work streams and running an integration or separation management office (IMO/SMO)\n\nWork with cross-functional teams in implementing services and lead team interviews and workshops\n\nAssist in the development and presentation of final project deliverables\n\nQualifications\n\nA minimum of one year experience in developing and implementing mergers and acquisitions/ M&A integration and separation services within a consulting advisory firm with additional experience in corporate strategy or development a plus\n\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university/college; MBA from an accredited university preferred Experience managing multiple complex initiatives within the complete M&A life cycle Ability to function effectively on both large and small teams\n\nExcellent foundational consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, strong executive presence, facilitation and presentation skills\n\nTravel as necessary\n\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
