Discover some of our signature geospatial projects here.\nWhat you’ll be challenged to do:\nWe are looking for a motivated, organized, and communicative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates leadership, and has a proven track record in managing complex projects in areas of geospatial asset management.\n\nIn this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nLead technical delivery and engineering of asset management solutions.\nConfigure and maintain asset management products to align with client requirements.\nManage relationships with asset management solution vendors\nConfigure and implement APIs, data structures, and database management solutions\nLead migration and upgrade projects for clients, including data validation, testing, and configuration updates.\nDevelop, configure, and manage service requests, work orders, inspections, and related workflows.\nProvide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and document solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.\nAssist in testing, training, and go-live support for upgrades and enhancements.\nDevelop and delivery presentations to clients to support pursuits and project delivery.\nMaintain system documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.\nResearch new products, software, vendors and implementation strategies\nSupport asset management programs for clients across various disciplines.\nDesign applications that feature cohesive user interfaces and focus on user experience.\nCommunicate effectively, written and verbal, with a team of solution engineers and clients.\nEducation | Experience: What you will bring to our firm:\nBachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science or a related field.\nMinimum 8+ years of experience working with asset management product configuration and administration.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience working with Esri's latest desktop and online software suites.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience engineering solutions for clients.\nUnderstanding of asset management principles and best practices.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nKnowledge of software application and data management principles.\nWhat we prefer you bring:\nFamiliarity with a variety of asset management products, APIs, SDKs, or custom integrations.\nLeading technical training sessions for non-technical audiences.\nUnderstanding of permitting, licensing, and land use workflows.\nCompensation: The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $185,000.
