Your focus will be on program integration during key phases such as program startup, and early execution, contributing to the delivery of critical defense systems.\nThis position involves coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, addressing unique challenges, and delivering innovative solutions to meet program objectives. You will support the implementation of program management best practices, maintain execution cadence, and ensure contract deliverables and reporting requirements are met.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nExecute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments\nUtilize a robust set of program metrics that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action; lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teams\nPrepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, and Corporate and Business policies and procedures\nDirectly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations\nMeet business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations\nCapture and track program actions with support from owners to ensure timely closure of actions\nCoordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits\n\nExperience and Skills:\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:\nExperience working on a large, complex program\nExperience supporting programs with numerous suppliers\nWorking knowledge of contract formation and execution\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required\nExperience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems\nExperience with cross-functional team execution to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions\nExperience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review.\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance\nU.S. citizenship is required\nActive Secret Clearance\nWORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nEnvironment: Office and laboratory settings, requiring occasional use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes).\nPhysical Demands: Ability to work on computers for extended periods and walk moderate distances within facility.\n#LI-ACI\n#LI-Onsite\nJob Benefits:\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance Coverage\nLife/ADD & Short/Long Term Disability Insurance\n401(k) Savings Plan\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)\nPaid Time-Off (PTO)\nHolidays\nEducation Reimbursement\n\nKratos Defense is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
