The role provides on-site coordination across multiple work groups during construction and simultaneous operations (SimOps), resolving conflicts, maintaining compliance, and enabling smooth execution from planning through closeout. This includes daily SimOps coordination across operations, maintenance, contractors, O&M, drilling, and wells to keep activities aligned and conflict-free.
