Our team is growing quickly and proud of the fact that our custom-made devices continue to make a huge difference in the lives of medical professionals and their patients.\n\nOur employees are actively involved in the design, engineering and manufacture of technologically advanced medical devices that ensure that we meet our customer’s quality specifications for each product we produce.\n\nWe are currently have three *CNC Programmer/ Applications Engineer *openings** for CNC Mill, Swiss Lathe, and Laser Etch. **\n\nThe CNC Programmer/ Application Engineer creates, modifies, and verifies programs and setup sheets for their respective CNC operations. This role is essential in transforming engineering designs into precise, high-quality components through efficient programming, fixture design, and process optimization.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nAccurately and consistently document all performed tasks on appropriate records (work orders, inspection sheets, maintenance logs, etc.).\n\nInterpret Engineering specifications, Drawings & GD&T per ASME Y14.5.\n\nGenerate toolpaths, solid models, and drawings in CAD/CAM software.\n\nIndependently set up, prove out, troubleshoot, and optimize programs. Experience transitioning new programs into stable, repeatable production.\n\nDevelop and improve advanced CNC machining and inspection processes.\n\nExpert troubleshooting skills involving machining processes, tooling, machine performance, workholding, chip control, dimensional variation, and process capability.\n\nServes as the technical authority for Swiss machining processes.
