This position requires significant time on the manufacturing floor working directly with equipment, operators, and engineering teams to improve efficiency, quality, and process stability.\n\nWork Schedule: M-F 3:30p-12am\n\nRate: 23.10hr.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through mass production, acting as a liaison between engineering and operations\n\nAnalyze and optimize manufacturing processes using industrial engineering and Lean Six Sigma tools\n\nPerform hands‑on technical troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, tools, and processes\n\nConduct process audits and quality audits on production lines; perform visual and physical product inspections\n\nPerform time and motion studies, line balancing, and efficiency analysis\n\nDevelop, update, and maintain process documentation including work instructions, procedures, training materials, layouts, and LOBs (AutoCAD exposure preferred)\n\nManage Bill of Material (BOM) and Engineering Change (EC) data within manufacturing systems (SAP preferred)\n\nLead or support continuous improvement projects using PDCA, FMEA, 8D, Fishbone/Ishikawa, and other root cause tools\n\nDevelop and track action plans to address production and quality issues\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor’s or Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field\n\nOR equivalent hands‑on manufacturing experience with demonstrated process/quality involvement\n\nExperience:\n\nManufacturing or production floor experience preferred\n\nExperience with technical troubleshooting of machines, tools, or equipment is preferred\n\nExposure to Lean Six Sigma projects (Yellow or Green Belt preferred)\n\nSkills:\n\nWorking knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA, FMEA, and 8D preferred\n\nStrong attention to detail and documentation skills\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n\nAbility to work cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams\n\nSirius Staffing is an equal‑opportunity employer.
