Our goal is to deliver high-quality experiences through data-driven improvement programs, timely and with outstanding results.What You'll DoProject Governance: Implement and drive PMO program management standards, including project governance policies and procedures, to ensure consistent practices across technical and strategic programs.Build: Program plans with well-managed dependencies and internal partner alignment in shared tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc) and lead all aspects of resource distribution for staffing, budgeting, and scheduling to boost efficiency.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring active management of risks throughout and issue resolution.Partner Collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with partners, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, finding opportunities to improve the processes and tools used in project management.
