Employee Assistant Program FSA and HSA Plans Life Insurance Opportunities for Advancement Paid Training Employee Referral Program Employee Discount Location: Bergey's Collision Center, Souderton PA Essential Duties: Examining vehicles to identify repairs needed File, grind, weld, fill and sand repaired surfaces as needed Remove or repair dents, dings and other larger damages to the exterior of a vehicle Perform work as outlined in the repair order with efficiency and accuracy Work with other departments to ensure a quality product and on time delivery Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch in order to prepare vehicle for paint. 5 years of body work experience Heavy truck and box work preferred Must be dependable Panel Replacement Cut, Weld, Sand, Form and Prep.
