The primary responsibility is to complete secondary operations, such as cleaning and passivation, on components following work instructions and written or verbal directions. Employees must become familiar with procedures and will receive direct supervision. This role is part of a team, and there is a strong emphasis on the ability to participate in a team environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nPerform tasks of simple to medium complexity related to customer-specific process requirements. Must comprehend documentation requirements.\nVerify system conditions or equipment status before operation.\nInspect components to ensure specifications are met.\nEnter data as required.\nTrain other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by the Supervisor.\nMaintain a clean and safe work area.\nFollow instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Company policy and safe labor practices.\nUse laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources safely, considering the various wavelengths of laser light used at the Company, in accordance with personal protection policies.\nMaintain a professional and appropriate manner, ensuring a high standard of conduct and job performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, or completion of primary school in Costa Rica.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with automated or manual inspection equipment.\nFamiliarity with ISO Quality Systems, particularly in medical device manufacturing.\nExperience using optical inspection equipment, such as magnifiers, microscopes, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity.\nShift Details\n\nThis position is for the 4th shift.\n\nLocation\n\nThis job is located in Blaine, MN, a vibrant community known for its excellent schools, parks, and recreational facilities.
