2nd Shift Quality Inspector

Job Title: Inspector Location: RAM Precision Industries, 11125 Yankee St., Dayton, Ohio 45458 We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inspector at RAM Precision Industries. The Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections and tests on a variety of manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products Use a variety of tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to measure dimensions accurately Document and record inspection results and maintain detailed records of all inspections Communicate any quality issues or concerns to supervisors and work with the production team to resolve them Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient working environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in quality control or inspection preferred CMM experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure dimensions Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment Benefits: Up to 5 weeks Paid Time Off 1 week Unpaid Time Off Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Flexible schedule 1st and 2nd shift availability Opportunities for training and advancement If you are a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality control, we would love to hear from you.
