At our Madison, WI office, we are looking for a Tax Supervisor —a professional ready to advance a career in public accounting. You'll play a consultative role with our clients, applying your expertise to deliver tax solutions that make a meaningful difference. With a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, you'll lead engagements, mentor staff, and build relationships that drive success for both our clients and your team.
Our commitment to flexibility ensures you can excel in every season of your life. The Tax Supervisor schedule includes standard office hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours during the busy season (55+ hours/week) balanced by summer Fridays off to recharge.
