Appliance Repair - Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician with general electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience to support daily operations. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment, responding to maintenance calls, and assisting with preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience or a related technical education and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Shift: Overnight | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AMPay: $22–$29 per hour, depending on experienceResponsibilities:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on assigned equipmentRespond to maintenance calls during production hoursTroubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical issuesRecord daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation informationMaintain a clean and safe work areaAssist with basic training of new employees on proper equipment operationFollow all safety, quality, and sanitation standardsRequired Skills & Experience:2 years of maintenance experience or technical education equivalentBasic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read simple schematics or blueprintsFamiliarity with common maintenance equipment such as conveyors, bearings, chains, belts, pumps, valves, hydraulics, and pneumaticsComfortable assisting with plumbing or HVAC-related tasks as neededBasic exposure to PLCs or control systems preferred, but not requiredAbility to use hand and power tools (own tools preferred)Good communication skills and willingness to learnAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredWhy Work Here?This position offers opportunities for growth into lead or supervisory roles over time.
