Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store| Bilingual, Spanish Preferred - Retail Sales

Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, build and deepen relationships with customers, and excel at identifying customer needs to educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions. Job Responsibilities Engage proactively with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and demonstrate knowledge of systems and reference resources. Review personal results and promotions and stay customer-ready at all times. Provide exceptional customer service, exceed expectations, and proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity. Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail. Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set-up, to device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred; Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Passion for customer satisfaction and the desire to be authentic in customer interactions (Required) Team-building mindset and willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to share best practices (Required) Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: No Safety and DOT DOT regulated position: No; Safety sensitive position: No Compensation Hourly base pay: $19.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, Promotion to Mobile Expert makes eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year (actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status). All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
