Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)Role DescriptionSupport project teams by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve project planning, execution, and performance. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with meaningful insights into project status, resource allocation, timelines, and key performance indicators. Monitor project metrics, identify trends, assess risks, and recommend opportunities for operational and process improvements. Assist with forecasting, data validation, performance tracking, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization platforms, database concepts, and statistical techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capability to convert complex data into actionable insights. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Knowledge of project performance measurement, forecasting, business reporting, and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
