This is a hands-on, plant-floor-focused role supporting controls and automation within a highly automated manufacturing environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nTroubleshoot PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment\n\nUtilize ladder logic to diagnose controls-related issues\n\nDetermine whether equipment issues are related to the physical machine or software/controls\n\nSupport robotics and automated manufacturing cells\n\nPartner with Maintenance and Engineering to troubleshoot equipment downtime\n\nProvide hands-on controls support on the manufacturing floor\n\nQualifications\n\n3–7+ years of controls, automation, electrical, or industrial maintenance experience preferred\n\nStrong PLC troubleshooting and ladder-logic experience\n\nExperience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens controls preferred\n\nDie-casting experience strongly preferred; injection molding or extrusion environments will also be considered\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nBase salary: $80,000–$110,000, with flexibility based on experience\n\nFully company-paid employee medical benefits\n\nRelocation assistance available\n\nBrainWorks is a premier executive search firm that delivers superior talent to drive business performance.
