We are currently seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Chinese and English) individual with a passion for real estate and proficiency in office software to handle our daily work requirements. Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating property viewings and sales for residential and commercial properties. Organize real estate documents, contracts, and create PowerPoint presentations. Assist in maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in real estate investment, sales, and property management. Assist agents in video shooting, editing, and marketing efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. university. Must be fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills; strong verbal communication is essential. Proficient in using office software, capable of creating and editing charts and PowerPoint presentations. Familiar with various Chinese and English social media platforms. Positive, proactive attitude, detail-oriented, responsible, and efficient, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks. Strong learning ability, good interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Have lived in the Greater Los Angeles area for over three years, with familiarity in local geography, culture, economy, and population distribution. A passion for the real estate industry; having a real estate license is a plus. Full-time position, with availability to assist with property viewings and open houses on weekends.
