As a member of the team, you'll work closely with analysts and operators, providing software solutions for hard problems and having the opportunity to work on every part of the pipeline, from sitting next to operators assisting with the tools we build to providing tools to analysts so they can better understand their data.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop data transforms for every kind of data (text, JSON, databases, XML, configs, etc.).\n\nGather feature requests, new application requirements, and understand project and customer needs.\n\nDive into unknown data and help analysts figure out the right questions to ask.\n\nWork on tools to improve the performance of applications and transforms, allowing more data to be understood.\n\nManage and support high-priority servers - working as both a developer of server frameworks and sysadmin when needed.\n\nSkills Requirements\nStrong experience with Python.\n\nKnowledge of dataframes (Pandas, Polars).\n\nKnowledge of SQL as a language and different database flavors (SQLite, Postgres, MySQL).\n\nUnderstanding of Git and GitLab for source control.\n\nFamiliar with TypeScript/JavaScript and React or another modern frontend framework.\n\nComfortable working directly with customers and receiving direct feedback.\n\nNice to Haves\nAWS certifications.\n\nDevOps CI/CD experience.\n\nExperience with enterprise-scale data processing and data storage.\n\nExperience developing using AI agents.\n\nPrior experience in cyber operations or capability development.\n\nCompensation & Employment Policy\nSalary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements.
