The successful candidate will work directly with adult learners in classroom and virtual environments and support evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs.\n\nResponsibilities\nDeliver instructor-led and virtual training programs.\nFacilitate leadership, supervisory, and professional development courses.\nConduct onboarding and employee experience training, including New Employee Experience programs.\nSupport coaching, mentoring, and career development workshops.\nFacilitate engaging learning experiences for adult learners.\nManage classroom logistics and learning environments.\nProvide real-time instructional and learner support during training sessions.\nSupport virtual classroom technology and online learning environments.\nEvaluate training effectiveness.\nCollect and analyze participant feedback.\nPrepare after-action reports and training evaluations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve training delivery based on learner feedback and evaluation results.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nEducation or experience in training delivery, facilitation, education, or a related field preferred.\nExperience\nExperience facilitating training in classroom and virtual environments.\nDemonstrated experience engaging adult learners.\nExperience delivering leadership, supervisory, onboarding, or professional development training.\nExperience managing classroom and virtual learning environments.\nExperience evaluating training effectiveness and collecting participant feedback.\nFederal or Department of Defense training experience preferred.\nExperience supporting leadership development or human resources training programs preferred.\nExperience supporting coaching, mentoring, or career development workshops preferred.\nRequired Certifications & Clearance\nSECRET clearance required.\nTools & Systems\nVirtual training platforms\nPresentation and facilitation tools\nLearning Management Systems\nMicrosoft Office and presentation tools\nSkills\nStrong classroom and virtual facilitation skills.\nExcellent presentation and public-speaking skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to engage diverse adult learner populations.\nStrong understanding of adult learning and facilitation techniques.\nEffective classroom management skills.\nAbility to provide real-time learner support.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage training logistics and multiple priorities.\nAbility to collect, evaluate, and communicate training feedback.\nStrong interpersonal and coaching skills.\nAbility to adapt delivery approaches based on learner and classroom needs.\n\nThis is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements, or working conditions.
