Cybermedia Technologies, LLC (CTEC) is recruiting professionals to support the CBP Innovation Team (INVNT). The program identifies, evaluates, adapts, demonstrates, deploys, and transitions innovative commercial and emerging technologies that strengthen homeland security operations and help front-line personnel work more safely and effectively.\nTeam members will collaborate with government leadership, operational personnel, technical stakeholders, commercial technology providers, and Federal, State, and Local partners. Work may span field engagement; requirements and capability analysis; systems engineering and integration; technical and operational demonstrations; deployment and transition planning; operational assessments; analytics; training; life-cycle logistics; asset tracking; portfolio management; acquisition and privacy documentation; and executive-level reporting.\nThis is a mission-focused, fast-paced environment requiring professionals who can translate operational needs into executable technology initiatives, work effectively across headquarters and field organizations, and produce clear, decision-ready analysis and documentation. Positions may require travel to support demonstrations, assessments, training, and field activities. Employment is contingent upon contract award, position availability, and satisfaction of applicable CBP background investigation and security requirements.\nPosition Summary\nThe Technical Program Analyst supports the evaluation, demonstration, deployment, operational assessment, and transition of innovative commercial technologies. The analyst works with technical and operational stakeholders to translate mission needs into requirements, assess capability and field performance, coordinate rigorous testing, and produce the analysis and documentation required for informed adoption decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform requirements analysis and assess the capabilities and performance of innovative commercial technologies from initial evaluation through deployment, operational assessment, and transition.\nPlan and facilitate technical and operational demonstrations, product deployments, and rigorous capability testing.\nAnalyze technology performance and mission impact using quantitative and qualitative evidence; recommend improvements and transition actions.\nPrepare deployment, transition, acquisition, privacy, testing, and after-action documentation, including Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA), Authority to Test (ATT), and Operational Assessment Plans and Reports.\nMaintain internal team processes, portfolio tracking, standardized documentation, process improvements, and strategic frameworks.\nPrepare technical, programmatic, and after-action reports, leadership briefings, external stakeholder materials, and operator surveys.\nProvide responsive technical analysis and information for taskers and leadership inquiries.\nEngage and support law enforcement personnel at headquarters and field locations.\nCollaborate across agency and component organizations and with Federal, State, and Local government partners to plan, prepare, and execute technology innovation efforts.\nDocument measurable contributions to mission outcomes and operational effectiveness.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\nAt least seven years of professional experience.\nAt least two years of experience with innovative commercial technology.\nDemonstrated experience in requirements analysis, commercial technology assessment, demonstrations or deployments, capability testing, operational assessment, and transition support.\nStrong technical writing, briefing, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.\nCBP Tier 4/Tier 5 background investigation and suitability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nActive or recent CBP Tier 4/Tier 5 background investigation and suitability.\nBachelor's degree in law enforcement, business, or a science discipline.\nExperience supporting CBP, DHS, law enforcement, border security, or an organization of similar size and complexity.\nExperience preparing PTA, ATT, Operational Assessment Plans or Reports, acquisition documentation, and after-action reports.\nExperience working directly with field operators and demonstrating a quantifiable positive impact on mission outcomes.\nSalary Range: $95K/yr- $135K/yr+ Benefits( (Compensation and employment offer are negotiable and will be finalized based on the candidate's relevant experience and interview assessment.)\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the individual(s) assigned to this position.
