The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a focus on creating high-quality baked goods. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. As a Baker/Froster, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items, ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare and bake a wide range of goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.\nFollow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.\nDecorate cakes and pastries with attention to detail for visual appeal.\nPackage finished products for display or sale while adhering to food safety regulations.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including equipment and utensils.\nProvide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs or inquiries regarding baked goods.\nRequirements\nAbove all, attitude!
