Senior Tax Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance, planning, and strategy, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.Responsibilities- Lead and manage tax compliance across various clients and industries- Analyze complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions- Oversee SOX compliance related to tax matters- Demonstrate financial acumen in advising clients on tax implications- Provide expertise in private equity, estate planning, and budgeting- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support tax strategies- Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliation processesQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or related field, preferably in a large CPA firm- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax laws- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
