(scheduling 16 patients per day beats benchmark)\n\nProviders Role: Internal Medicine Physician\nOutpatient Primary Care clinic - IM or FM\n\nSchedule: Open to 5 days or 4-day schedule \n\nWork a 4 Day x 10hr Schedule\nCall: One 4hr Saturday morning shift per month.\nVolume: 16-20 Patients per day\nEMR: Epic\nCollaborative work environment that will allow provider to have a lot of autonomy\nAssess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.\nServe as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.\nProvide high-value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.\nDocuments all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record.
