Production Worker Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Production Helper on 2nd and 3rd Shift (Entry-Level Manufacturing)!We have needs on 2nd shift. Schedule is MondayFriday, 2:00 PM10:00 PM on 2nd shift. Pay rate is $18/hr (increases to $20/hr if hired on, including $2 shift premium).Production Helpers assist in the laser and de-nesting areas of the shop floor. This is an entry-level opportunity and a great way to get started in manufacturing.Responsibilities:Remove parts from de-nesting machinesGrind and finish parts as neededCount and package partsPerform other duties as assignedThis role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, and material handlingBasic computer skillsAbility to work safely with hand tools around metal and sharp objectsPreferred Experience:Manufacturing or technical environment experienceBasic math skillsExposure to powder coating, paint application, or lean manufacturingUnderstanding of metric and standard measurement systemsTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
