The team partners closely with enterprise customers and is scaling deployments across large, multi-property environments.Role OverviewAs a Forward Deploy Engineer, this role works directly with the client’s largest customers to deploy, customize, and scale the platform across their portfolios. This position serves as the technical bridge between product/engineering and customers—deeply understanding workflows, configuring AI systems for specific utility operations, and building custom integrations where needed.
