This includes supporting DOTI program and project managers delivering hundreds of individual projects, as well as supporting enterprise-wide projects and program management. You'll be right at home here if you cultivate strong relationships and push yourself, your work, the people around you and Denver to the next level.\r\nExtensive professional experience leading, managing, or directly supporting the delivery of technical, infrastructure, or construction-related programs or projects, preferably in a public sector or municipal government setting.\r\nDemonstrated experience developing or improving organizational processes, standards, templates, or frameworks including translating complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance for diverse end users.\r\nDemonstrated project controls experience, including developing and managing a progress reporting methodology, experience developing, forecasting, managing, and regular reporting of portfolio, program or project data, schedules, scope, cost and risk.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and develop practical solutions in a resource-constrained environment.\r\nMust possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to achieve positive outcomes in working with diverse groups of employees, stakeholders, political leaders, community leaders, public, and private entities.\r\nExperience facilitating or supporting multi-stakeholder working groups, cross-departmental initiatives, or interagency coordination efforts, with the ability to build consensus and keep collaborative work moving forward.\r\nFamiliarity with the following systems is preferred but not required: Project Management systems such as Masterworks, Procore, etc., Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel), and project scheduling tools. Experience with asset management systems or GIS platforms is a plus.\r\nProject Management Professional Certification (PMP) or other relevant professional certification (engineering, planning, construction management, etc.) is desired but not required.
